Underwater archaelogy for Taiwan?

Developing underwater archaeology is just too costly. If Taiwan were as rich as Singapore, and if Taiwan were on any busy sea trade routes, it may worth the efforts to develop underwater archeology.

It is just like developing nuclear weapons!
