公部門真實笑話一則

話說對女性不尊重，也不知道性騷擾和展現男性魅力差別何在的老粗，某辦公室裡正好有一位。這位長相還過得去的老粗，經常性騷擾女同仁，於是黑函到了政風那裡。

雖然是黑函 (黑函就是不具名的信，公部門的文化，敢具名的少之又少)，但是代表正義之聲的政風還是展開調查。調查的方法是找來同個辦公室裡，三位五、六十歲、屬性為「雌性動物」者問話 (這是我從偶像劇的台詞學來的：「她不算是女人，頂多是個雌性動物」)。三位雌性動物都表示，沒有被老粗性騷擾的經驗。

政風以以下結論結案：經查，老粗並沒有性騷擾女性同仁。
