命題二：文化消費並不可怕
Cultural consumption is not a monster; it only becomes so when there is little or no cultural tradition, and cultural infrastructure-- I refer both of which as the fabric or texture of culture.
文化消費並不可怕，可怕的是沒有文化肌理的文化消費。所指的文化肌理（或說紋理、紋路），我指的是一地的文化傳統、以及文化建設。又，我所指的文化建設，是文化基礎建設。什麼是文化基礎建設？縣市文化中心、音樂廳、美術館、博物館都算，但是沒有好的設施、活動、人力資源的縣市文化中心、音樂廳、美術館、博物館，那它們就都不算。
